The staff is FANTASTIC! They made my move-in very easy on a very short notice. Everything was taken care of in one day and I was able to move in the next day. Being transferred from out of town for work, I did not have to worry about and spend a lot of time getting into an apartment.

I moved to Champion Farms earlier this year. I have been very pleased with the service I have received. The maintenance crew is on the ball and gets any of my problems fixed immediately. The management and administrative staff always smile and say hello to me when we meet. I appreciate that everyone goes over and above to make sure the tenants are satisfied. I feel blessed by the friendliness of all the people who work so hard to make Champion Farms Apartments a great place to live.

Very satisfied. Staff is amazing and goes above and beyond. My apartment is very nice and clean. Maintenance very timely on repairs. Gym is nice and 24 hour entry is a plus. Thank you Champion Farms!

My experience here has been nothing but pleasant. The staff and maintenance are awesome and very friendly. There is never an issue if I need maintenace for something. It's been very minor things that I have needed maintenance for too. My dog loves the dog park and the beautfiul yards to walk in. My daughter and I love it here and it's home sweet home already. We also noticed that the people we have met that live near us are nice too. It's quiet too which is very nice.

From the second my roommate and I walked into the clubhouse we both had a great feeling about the community. Once we saw the staged model apartment we were sold. The staff is incredible and so helpful. The price is great for the area and the amenities.

Just moved here and I love it, I can't wait to finish put everything together decorations, etc... very nice location (walking distance shopping center), very nice apartment complex and clean.

Champion Farms has all of the amenities I was looking for in am apartment home. The property is well maintained with plenty of green space. Both the leasing staff and maintenance staff are friendly, knowledgeable about the property and quick to respond to requests.
