Bradley B. Chambers • President and Chief Executive Officer, Buckingham Companies
Brad Chambers founded Buckingham Companies in 1984 as a developer of multifamily residential housing. Chambers is a principal in all of the company-owned partnerships and oversees the strategic direction of each of the company's divisions, including Property and Asset Management, Development, and Construction. Chambers is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Business, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He serves as Vice Chairman of the Multi-Family Housing committee with the Indiana Builders Association, is a member of the National Multi Housing Council, a Board Member of the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Indianapolis Museum of Art, a Board Member of the Community Investment Fund of Indiana, Inc., and a member of the Young Presidents Organization. Mr. Chambers is a past Vice Chair of the Urban Land Institute Indiana Chapter, past member of the Indiana State Office Building Commission, the Board of Directors of the Apartment Association of Indiana and the Indianapolis Police Department Civilian Merit Board.


Cindy Koehler, CPM® • Chief Operating Officer, Buckingham Management, L.L.C.
As Chief Operating Officer, Cindy is responsible for directing all aspects of property management. Before joining the Buckingham team, she spent 14 years with Sun America Affordable Housing Partners, where she served as Vice President of Asset Management and was responsible for managing more than 140 properties in the company’s investment portfolio. Cindy’s professional experience includes management of market rate and tax credit properties, as well as student housing. Cindy serves as Regional Vice President for the National Apartment Association and maintains an active role with the Indiana Apartment Association (IAA). Currently, she is on IAA’s Executive and Finance Committee, and she previously served three terms as IAA President. In addition, she is chairperson of IAA’s nonprofit, Rebuilding Lives, which provides emergency services to residents who have suffered from fire, flood or disaster, and she volunteers as the fundraising chairperson for The Villages. Cindy earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Indiana University, has an Indiana Broker’s license, and holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management.


Michael J. Fox • President, Buckingham Construction Corporation
Mr. Fox is President of Buckingham Construction Corporation and is responsible for risk management, safety, project management, estimating, sales, conceptual design, value engineering, and quality control. Mike has been critically involved in the construction and development of over $400 million of commercial, industrial, office, medical, student housing and multi-family facilities throughout the Midwest. Mr. Fox previously was the President of Paragon General Contractors, Inc. and worked in sales management and project management for Greenfield Builders and was Vice President of Greenwalt Development, Inc. An economics major from Indiana University, Mr. Fox has worked in the construction and real estate development field for more than 23 years. Client service and satisfaction remain his priority. Mike is active in many local community organizations and philanthropies. He is currently active as a youth sports coach at First Baptist Athletics, St. Luke Catholic School, a member of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Coalition for Construction Safety (MICCS), United States Green Building Council (USGBC), International Center for Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a board member for the Indiana Construction Roundtable (ICR) . Mike is a licensed real estate salesperson in Indiana. Mr. Fox was a past President of Young Entrepreneurs Organization (YEO), a past school commission member of St. Luke Catholic School, Co-chair of the Wellness Community Golf Event, Executive Committee Member of the Lambda Corporation of the Sigma Chi Fraternity and past member on the Leadership Committee for the Hoosier Oncology Group.


Christopher W. Myrvold, CPA, MBA • Chief Financial Officer
Chris’s responsibilities include managing and monitoring all accounting functions, financial reporting, strategic planning/budgeting, financing, investment analysis, investor/lender relations and information technology. Chris has been involved in over $500 million in real estate transactions including development, acquisitions, financings and dispositions. In addition, Chris worked several years with PricewaterhouseCoopers serving privately held and public companies, including clients in the real estate industry. Chris received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ball State University and his MBA with a finance emphasis from Butler University. Chris is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accounts, Indiana CPA Society and Beta Gamma Sigma.


Andrew Klineman, J.D. • General Counsel
As General Counsel, Andy provides legal counsel, advice and services intended to enable Buckingham to achieve its business objectives without exposing Buckingham to inappropriate legal risks. Andy received his Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame. Andy's professional experiences include serving as Associate General Counsel for a national real estate developer, an associate attorney in the real estate section of the largest law firm in Indianapolis and Deputy Chief of Staff in the Mayor's Office of the City of Indianapolis. Andy is a member of the Indiana and Indianapolis Bar Associations, the Association of Corporate Counsel and previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation (IndyGo).


Scott Travis • Senior Development Executive
As Senior Development Executive, Scott is responsible for managing the development process from site selection to construction management for Buckingham Companies. Prior to his current position, Scott held the Director of Construction for Metro Construction, Buckingham Companies, Director of Design and Pre-Construction, White Lodging Corporation, and Vice President of Development, White Lodging Corporation. Specifically, Scott led the development efforts of more than $2.4 billion in investments and the construction of over $800 million in new construction with a focus on residential and hospitality development. Scott served honorably in the United States Navy and holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree and Bachelor of Environmental Design degree from Ball State University.


Theresa Farrington Rhodes• Executive Director, Buckingham Foundation, Inc.

Before being named Executive Director of Buckingham Foundation, Inc., the philanthropic arm of Buckingham Companies, Rhodes had already established herself as a recognized community and not-for-profit leader in Central Indiana for more than two decades. Prior to accepting her role with Buckingham, Rhodes served as president of Lacy Leadership Association for more than 11 years. She has also worked for the Office of the Mayor of Indianapolis and Marion County Prosecutor’s Office. In addition to her professional efforts, Rhodes has been an active member of her community, serving as a volunteer with Lacy Leadership Association, Cathedral High School and the 2012 Indianapolis Super Bowl Host Committee. She also serves on the Music Crossroads Steering Committee, Town of Fishers Board of Zoning Appeals, and Indy Hub Advisory Council. She is a graduate fellow of the Diversity Leadership Academy of Greater Indianapolis and served as chair of the 2008 Drum Corps International World Championships local organizing committee. Rhodes is a 1984 graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in public affairs.


Lori Gooding • Vice-President of Human Resources
As Vice-President of Human Resources, Lori provides strategic and functional leadership for all human resource practices, processes and programs at Buckingham. Her areas of responsibilities include organizational and leadership development, succession planning, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, change management, employee relations, diversity and employee development. Prior to joining Buckingham, Lori held executive level human resource positions for a national commercial real estate development company and a national property management company. Lori received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Millikin University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and is actively involved in several local charities. Lori is also a past member of the Apartment Association of Michigan and a past board member for Suite Dreams and the Ann Arbor Apartment Association.


Kristen Sanders, PHR • Director of Human Resources
Kristen Sanders joined Buckingham Companies in 1996 as a Property Manager and has had several additional roles, such as Director of Compliance, Management Specialist and, currently, Director of Human Resources. She has provided Human Resources support for all site and corporate personnel, including Benefits and Payroll administration since 2003. Her years of Human Resource experience and dedication played a large role in Buckingham's receipt of the 2004 Best Employee Relations Prodigy Award. Sanders is certified as a Human Resources Generalist, a National Compliance Professional, Housing Credit Compliance Professional and Professional in Human Resources (PHR).


Kimberly Hurd • Director of Professional Development
Kimberly Hurd oversees the execution of the company’s training and development functions which encompass developing, planning, organizing, implementing and facilitating training throughout the company. During her 10 year career with Buckingham, she has submitted 26 winning entries for the Indiana Apartment Association’s Prodigy Awards as well as a winning entry for the National Apartment Association’s Paragon Awards. She has served as a facilitator for the nationally renowned Multifamily Housing Brainstorming sessions for several years and is active in the Indiana Apartment Association where she serves on numerous committees and has been a past committee chairperson most recently serving as Chairperson of the 2010 Midwest Multifamily Exposition and Education Conference. Kimberly also teaches the National Apartment Associations’ NALP designation level courses for several apartment associations throughout the state of Indiana as well as Kentucky. She has completed the NAA’s Advanced Instructor Training and is a faculty member of the NAA Education Institute. The Indiana Apartment Association named Kimberly as the organization’s Volunteer of the Year in 2007. Ms. Hurd holds a Bachelor’s of Art degree in Education from Franklin College and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Adult Learning. She is an active member of the American Society for Training and Development along with the Central Indiana chapter of ASTD.


Brian Mcintire • Director of Information Technology
Mr. McIntire is responsible for leading Information Technology solutions for each of Buckingham's Development, Construction, and Property Management divisions. This includes financial, operational, training and human resource applications, as well as low voltage design and negotiations of Video and Internet Revenue Share and Bulk agreements for Buckingham’s numerous developments. He hit the ground running when he joined Buckingham in 2007, collaborating with leaders from around the business to implement state of the art HR, Training, Invoice Management, Project Management , and Property Management systems (including Yardi Voyager, Corporate and Resident Portals, and Utility Billing), and has completed numerous critical infrastructure improvements, including installation of a new Corporate Data Center, wide area network, server virtualization, Disaster Recovery, and hardware and software standardization. McIntire has over 20 years of experience in all areas of Information Technology, has served honorably as a Marine, and held positions with Sprint, U. Robotics/3Com, Indianapolis Water, and Suros Surgical Systems prior to joining Buckingham. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Systems from the Indiana Institute of Technology.
